I worked with an art team, UX team, and business team to deliver a facebook-driven product engagement website. Our team was responsible for front-end and backend development.
Before my arrival, the project was well behind schedule. I led a team of six developers, eventually making up months of development time in two weeks ending in a successful on-time initial release. I remained on the team to complete the remaining phases.
